On the top level, there is a woman standing in front of the restaurant with orange hair and green clothes. Red – Once you’ve managed to reach the side quests, visit Koorong. Just go to Koorong’s top level, and talk to the girl with orange hair and green clothes. Unlike other heroes, Blue does not need to acquire a rune first.
